Our history One of the oldest families of Saint Emilion

To the origins

1729

It is the date of the oldest document that mentions the Rollet family and the Château du Vieux Guinot. It’s a deed of assignment between heirs. Our family has owned vineyards in the town of Saint Etienne de Lisse for nearly 300 years, making it one of the oldest in the appellation.
